Refund policy
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Any order can be canceled at any time before it is shipped.
If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be canceled immediately upon receipt of your cancellation request.
The canceled order can, at your discretion, be exchanged (for another equivalent product) and/or refunded without penalty.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
If the cancellation request reaches us on the day the order is shipped, the cancellation request will no longer be accepted. In this case, the buyer must follow the withdrawal procedure, and the 14-day period will begin upon receipt of the goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Buyers, non-professional individuals, have a discretionary right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of receipt of the order to return the product to the seller. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
The buyer can request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@poppies-seeds.com and send your item to: 8A, rue d'Oetrange, Canach, 5411, Luxembourg.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the seller has sent an incorrect product. In accordance with Article L.121-20-1, all costs incurred by the customer will be reimbursed in such cases. In case of withdrawal, the initial shipping costs will be reimbursed, but the return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within 30 days.
